a new concept for a new neighborhood
University of Delaware’s STAR Campus is an amazing glimpse into the future of UD. The campus is a University research park with a great mix of private employers of all sizes and many innovative industries.
Working closely with the park’s leadership, we were able to come up with a concept that marries Grain’s strengths and the needs of the research park. A full coffee shop, featuring our Lewes Coffee Company, a kitchen built for catering and the town’s only outdoor bar make Grain Exchange the perfect spot for the corporate neighborhood.
